Resources and Support
How are you doing? Are you concerned about a family member? More than a decade after 9/11, we at VOICES are getting calls from people we haven't heard from before who lost a loved one, or who survived or responded to the events of 9/11. VOICES has a range of services that can help you.
In addition to our regular services, we are conducting 9/11 Living Memorial Appointments throughout the country. The appointments allow 9/11 family members, rescue workers and survivors to commemorate their loved ones and tell their stories. The appointments also provide an opportunity for those affected to meet with our mental health professionals and get referrals to local support services if they need them. Click here for a schedule of upcoming 9/11 Living Memorial Appointments.
Telephone Screenings
Telephone screenings are available throughout the year, Monday through Friday during regular business hours. In addition, we set aside additional time during Annual Anxiety and Depression Screening Weeks. Please call our office at 866-505-3911 for further information or to speak to one of our mental health staff members at any time.
Depression and Anxiety Screenings
VOICES offers screenings over the telephone semi-annually on national screening dates in October and May, as well as throughout the year by request. The screenings are conducted by mental health professionals free of charge and referrals are made as needed.
Teleconference Support Groups
VOICES provides teleconference support groups for individuals living throughout the United States and abroad.
