Voices Seventh Anniversary Events | New Milford CT - 7th Anniversary Event
You are cordially invited to participate in the seventh anniversary of our 9-11-01 Memorial Ceremonies to be held on Thursday, September 11, 2008. The ceremonies will take place at Patriots Way Plaza in the New Milford Railroad station parking area. We will assemble around the 9-11 Monument at 8:00 AM and the service will commence at 8:48 AM,
The Memorial Service will be as follows:
The event will commence at 8:48 AM
Water Witch Hose Co. #2 will toll the apparatus bell at 8:48 AM
Peter Orenski will pass the flag to Police Chief Callin McCarmack
Police Chief will then pass the flag to EMS Chief Andy Armstrong
EMS Chief will then pass the flag to Fire Chief Kevin Reynoolds
Our first responders will raise the flag
Curtis Thompson will then sing our National Anthem
Invocation will be offered
Guest Speakers will offer short memorials
Kathy Reynolds will sing "God Bless America"
Pat Maguire will play "Amazing Grace", thus concluding the ceremonies
